FIXED FEE DIVORCE.

We offer a Fixed Fee divorce that ensures you know from the outset what the costs will be.

Fixed fee for uncontested divorce where there are no financial and property disputes or child arrangements: 750 plus Vat. This does not include any Disbursements such as the Court fee of 593.00

If there are financial and child arrangements to resolve our costs could be between #3000 to 25,000. This will also be charged on a fixed fee basis, and not on hourly rates.

If you are of low income/in receipt of benefits, we offer a reduced Fixed Fee.
